VIP Event Resources is the team behind the VIPER platform. We have decades of experience in the meetings and events industry, and we created VIPER in response to growing market needs for innovation. We aren't just some software company trying to shoehorn a product into a niche; VIPER was born from a DMC. That means VIPER was purpose built with intricate industry knowledge to suit your business needs.

Our team members have decades of industry experience, both founding and working with Destination Management Companies, Site Selection Firms, Meeting Planning Firms, Incentive Houses, and progressive software companies.

Fiona Volmrich, CEO

  • Over 17 years DMC, Meeting and Incentive Planning experience worldwide.
  • Founder of 3 Meetings and Events companies: VIP Incentives, Destination VIP and VIP Destination Specialists.
 

David Adams, CTO

  • Founder of four software and e-commerce startup companies.
  • CTO, CEO or divisional head of Product Marketing at six other companies, including public companies such as Red Hat Software and Open Market Inc.
 

Jeff Volmrich, COO

  • 13 years of DMC experience in wide range of roles including New Business Development, New Destination Development, Director of Sales, General Manager, President and Owner.
  • Through Sales and Industry Relations, instrumental in growing both VIP Incentives and VIP Destination Specialists.
 

Scott Bierman, Global Sales Manager

  • 20 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with an emphasis on hotel/resort sales and marketing.
  • Extensive DMC expertise and new business development in some of the most sought after destinations in the USA Mountain West.
 

Bill Martschenko, VP Engineering

  • 25+ years in software industry. Founder, CTO, Chief Architect, engineering manager, speaker, author, executive consultant. Directly involved in 3 startups.
  • Background in large scale software, business intelligence, team-building, and process improvement.
